Terms of Service

Content on this site is provided for general information. Figures quoted in case studies reflect specific engagements and are not a guarantee of comparable results.

Every engagement is governed by a signed statement of work setting out scope, fees, term and deliverables. Our standard minimum term is three months, then rolling with 30 days' written notice.

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Media spend is billed at cost and is separate from fees. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.

On full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. Our internal frameworks, templates and tooling remain our property.

Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
